Ogie Diaz is determined to sue radio jock Kapitana Sisa of Energy FM 106.7 over a malicious rumor he recently made of his talent, Liza Soberano.

In a now-deleted blind-item vlog, Kapitana Sisa, born Glenn Dy, claimed that the young actress is currently pregnant with her first child, hence her noticeable absence from showbiz in the recent weeks with her beau Enrique Gil.

The speculation has been met with ire from avid fans of the love team, but moreso Liza's manager, Ogie, who quickly took to Facebook to publicly address the controversy.

He wrote, "Dear Kapitana SISA, bakit mo tinanggal yung uploaded video mo sa youtube?

Kaso, in a notorious way.

His speech reads as follows:

In their official statement, Energy FM 106.7 vows to take serious and immediate action in light of the issue.

"Management does not condony any derogatory statements towards any person or character. Should there be any occasion that any member of the company commits such action, rest assured that serious actions shall be made," they said.

"Please be reminded that  the official Facebook Page and YouTube account of Energy FM 106.7. Contains of social media accounts of our individual DJs are the responsibility of the holder," they added.

However, both Ogie and Liza's father John C. Soberano refuse to accept Kapitana Sisa's "generic public apology", as bluntly told by the former in a new Facebook post on Friday.

"We'll just see you in court," added Ogie.

Meanwhile, Liza, who is currently in Los Angeles, California for her fourth surgery for her fractured finger with Enrique, has yet to give her thoughts on the matter as of writing.
