KZ Tandingan proudly raised the Philippine flag as she made an appearance on BBC Radio London's The Scene and did an amazing performance of her single Nag-iisa Na Naman that wowed the show's hosts this past week.
There to promote the 35th London Barrio Fiesta event, an annual celebration of music, food, and Filipino culture in Europe, the pop star earned raves from hosts Salma El-Wardany and LionHeart after she sang in Tagalog, with the latter describing her act as simply "fire."
Salma, who agreed that KZ is reminiscent of American rapper Lauren Hill, added, "Thank you so much for sharing that with us. It was such a privilege to actually sit right next to you and watch you perform that -- to see your expressions and to see the way you were into that song."
During her guesting, the X Factor Philippines champion said she aspires to "make OPM known internationally," and revealed that she'll be recording songs in Los Angeles that she plans to release within this year.
Another headlining act of the London Barrio Fiesta, Inigo Pascual also guested for the same episode on The Scene, a show dedicated to shining the light on the diverse culture and emerging talent in London.
