Vice Ganda became emotional upon meeting <a href='https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/pbbotso/main'>Pinoy Big Brother: Otso</a> housemate Hasna Cabral. It can be recalled that Hasna opened up to Big Brother about her struggles in raising two children with autism. According to Vice, he voluntarily presented himself to go inside the house to meet Hasna. Vice told her, "Naramdaman ko, ang bigat-bigat ng pinagdadaanan mo. Blessing naman talaga sila. Hindi naman sila ang mabigat; ang mabigat, ‘yung mga karanasan, ‘yung mga pinaglalaban mo, ‘yung mga haharapin mo in the future na pagsubok.”The comedienne added, "I also learned there were times na pinanghihinaan ka na ng loob, gusto mong sumuko. Hindi naman talaga natin kaya lahat, kasi kung kaya natin lahat, ba’t may Diyos pa? It’s a good thing that we acknowledge na hindi natin kaya lahat. We need help. Suporta. Pang-unawa.”Vice then confessed to Hasna and to the other housemates that he was actually feeling unwell just before he got to watch Hasna's story. “Nag-iiyak ako. Noong puntong ‘yun kasi, I wasn’t feeling good about myself. I wasn’t feeling good about a lot of things. Ang bigat-bigat ng loob ko, feeling ko ang dami kong problema, feeling ko ang dami kong pasan. Nahihirapan ako, na-pi-pressure ako. But when I learned about your story, sabi ko, ‘Uy, ang arte-arte ko lang pala.’ Ang dami kong iniinda, eh walang-wala pala ‘to sa iniinda mo. Nakakahiya naman,” he said. Vice remarked that there is actually beauty in brokenness. He said, "Everybody sees me as a very strong person, when in fact mahina ako. I am broken. A part of me is broken, and it’s okay. Kasama ‘yun sa ganda ng pagkatao ko, my brokenness." The comedienne brought clothes during his visit. He gave some of it to Hasna as his gift to his kids and also donated some of the clothes for the ukay-ukay challenge of the housemates."You gave me an opportunity to do something right, to do something good. Hindi naman ito ang sagot sa mga tanong ko bago kita nakilala, pero nong nakilala kita at ang istorya mo, parang gumaan ang damdamin ko. Hindi naman ito ‘yung sagot, pero bakit nakatulong ito sa ‘kin? Kaya mo ngayon, kayanin mo pa,” Vice told Hasna.
