Block Z stars Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto broke their silence after rumors circulated they are no longer dating. I‘m just in love with the peace that I gain,” Julia said.In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Joshua first clarified that just like any other couple, their relationship went through some challenges."May pinagdaanan lang kami. Normal couple na pinagdadaanan, pero okay kami ngayon. Masaya kami ngayon,” he said.Julia echoed his statement and admitted that they are back to being best friends as of now."For now, babalik muna kami sa pinagsimulan namin. We're now best of friends. We managed to be the bestest of friends and if the fans are worried, we can assure them that there is nothing to worry about. JoshLia is very much alive,” she said.The two also denied that there was a third party involved. Gerald Anderson’s name was dragged in the issue since the actor was Julia’s leading man in the movie Between Maybes while Joshua was linked to another actress from another station."No, absolutely not [true],” Julia said."Hindi naman totoo 'yun. Hindi naman magagawa ni Gerald 'yun. Parang kuya ko na si Gerald,” Joshua added.When asked about the woman linked to him, he said, "Hindi po totoo 'yun, kaibigan ko lang po 'yun. Alam niyo naman po dito sa showbiz, nabibigyan ng kulay lahat."Gerald is in a relationship with actress Bea Alonzo.Joshua and Julia first worked together in the movie Vince & Kath & James then starred in another box-office film Love You To The Stars and Back in 2017. Last year, JoshLia also starred in the TV series <a href='https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/ngayonatkailanman/main'>Ngayon at Kailanman</a>.
