Despite the gloomy weather, Kris Aquino carried on with her plan to do water physiotherapy for rehabilitation after experiencing yet another severe migraine on Monday.
With the help of her sons, Josh and Bimby, the Queen of All Media took a dip in the pool of their Quezon City home on Tuesday evening. However, it didn’t take long before she backed out after getting pulled into its deeper end, ending the therapy by enjoying a swim at the relatively shallower whirlpool instead.
we TRIED. i think that’s the most important thing... but i stressed my Ate who thought we’d get struck by lightning (uh, with me that’s more than likely⛈⚡️)... yes in our pool’s shallowest area i was in danger of drowning. so bimb said until my balance & resistance improve we were better off in the whirlpool. then he called kuya to help him hoist me to our smaller pool w/ seating. bimb gave me a physics lesson about “torque” & my having no resistance that’s why when i spun, i was getting swept to the deeper area (nakalimutan ko na ‘to; he’s in 4th quarter grade 6, i think this was from my late high school 💬📚unless i was reading too many Sweet Valley High, Danielle Steel, and Sidney Sheldon books?) in case you’re curious, our pools are heated using LPG, that’s the benefit of having been a Petron Gasul endorser for many years, we learned to manage our energy consumption because we use Gasul to cook, heat our pools, and for our clothes’ dryers. For fuel needs, we take full advantage of the @snr_official membership discount card when fueling up our vehicles in UniOil. namana ko sa mom ko being a conscientious consumer & i have many more practical tips i can share with all of you. please remind me to write a blog about this. in the meantime, enjoy viewing our family bonding where the 2 sons are obviously the guardians of their very delicate (better term than LAMPA😇) mama. GOOD NIGHT. 😍🥰😘💛

In the comments section, one fan couldn’t help but notice Kris’s slimmer physique in the swimsuit.
“Miss Kris, sorry po but I kept watching the vid because I can't help but admire how beautiful your body and your skin is. I rarely see you in that those skin tight ensemble po and I must say that a good skin care routine really pays off,” the netizen wrote.
Never one to lie to her followers, Kris, however, said that she only looks good in photos due to her weight loss.
“In real life, I don’t look that great,” she replied. “I’m 63.5 inches or 161.3 cm (documented from my complete medical checkup) and a healthy weight from healthline.com should have me at 125 pounds or about 57 kilos. For the camera, 120 lbs. would be great.
“I went as low as 108 lbs. at my unhealthiest, but now maintain between 113-116 lbs. or roughly 52 kilos. if you’re observant, wala kaming pics showing my rear, because I have zero booty – nawala talaga.
“I’m grateful numipis ang thighs and maliit ang arms. Benefit ng healthy eating (meaning a lot of milk, veggies & fruits) yung clear skin BUT also the high level of antihistamines I’m on. it also has helped na puro hypoallergenic ang skincare products that I use and I drink a lot of warm water all throughout the day,” she continued.
Through Facebook on June 7, Kris shared an update regarding her medical condition, for which she has been seeking medical treatments in Singapore since last year, which can be viewed here.
In the note, Kris stated that her focus for the next few months is to keep “get my immunity stronger, concentrate on the parts of me where I have a chance to be better, and strive for HARMONY where it’s possible”, adding that she prefers to recover away from the limelight for the sake of her own and her children.
