Anne Curtis had a wonderful surprise for her husband Erwan Heussaff as she shared on Monday an illustration of their photo created by popular Korean animator, Puuung.
As revealed on Instagram, the artwork was inspired by an outtake from the couple’s prenuptial shoot in Korea weeks before they got hitched in Queensland, New Zealand.
“One of my fave photos of us made into an illustration by my favourite, Puuung,” she wrote in a caption.
Addressing the artist in Korean, Anne said, “Thank you for making beautiful pictures. I will always keep this gift forever as your best fan. Thank you.”
In a response to one of her fans, the 34-year-old star also said, “I feel extremely lucky. This was a super dream from the moment I laid eyes on her illustrations.”
Puuung, who hails from South Korea, is popular for her illustrations and animations capturing the magic of love.
“Love is a material that anyone can relate to and I feel that love is something that emits light from the small things in daily life,” she said in her YouTube bio. “I work to find hidden meanings in these daily lives and translate them into illustrations and animations.”
She previously published a book containing her illustrations titled “Love Is In the Small Things”, which was featured in the hit Korean drama W starring Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo.
