Bianca Gonzalez reveals she is more mellow now after getting married and having kids.
After more than a decade of being in showbiz, Bianca Gonzalez-Intal admitted she has definitely changed as a person and as a host over time. “I guess just the breadth ng mga topics na puwede kong i-discuss. Like dati hindi ko pa totoong concern yung nutrition, dehydration, pero when you become a mom it changes perspectives. You become concerned about health and environment kasi nga meron kang inaalagaang dalawang maliit na tao. So siguro it sparked curiosity on a different level na and parang mas nag-widen pa yung mga range of interests ko or mga things I’m interested to learn about or talk about because of my personals issues and struggles and experiences,” she shared during a Tang #UHawAreYou event.
Bianca said she is also definitely more protective now especially when it comes to her two young daughters Lucia and Carmen. The 36-year-old celebrity mom said she has learned how to deal with online negativity. “Yes definitely. Actually if anything, actually feeling ko nga yung pagiging vocal ko about issues tempered when I became a mom. Only because one is less time for social media kasi nga you’re attending to your child and two is parang I have less energy to deal with the bashers, parang ganun. Dati kasi I was single and I’d air my opinion on a issue or a political something, ang dami ko pang energy to expend to take on the bashers, parang ganun. But when you’re a mom parang, ganito na lang talaga yung matitira mo na energy mo after taking care of your kids and working,” she explained.
The Pinoy Big Brother host also said she has no time to be as vocal about issues as before because she would rather be spending time with her loved ones. “So nag-lessen lang yung pagiging vocal ko for the sole reason na ang tiring mag-deal ng bashers. It really takes energy. Even if you’re just at home sitting, reading, parang yung energy mo gumaganun talaga when you read it. So I think nag-temper pero hindi ko siya gusto totally mawala because yun ako and like when they grow up I would like my kids to be opinionated and share their opinion also and now as a parent, alam ko na the absolute best way to teach your children is by example. Mas mabisa siya then actually telling them when they see you do it. I think that’s also why my daughter eats gulay because she sees me eating it all the time. So for her parang yun yung normal. They mimic you talaga ang mga bata,” she said
