Did Kris Aquino just put an end to her longtime rift with former business partner Nicko Falcis?

Early this Friday on Instagram, the Queen of All Media posted a lengthy message about peace and forgiveness amid reported hints of a possible reconciliation between her and Nicko.

i promised myself this last night, right before allowing sleep to take over: the money, somehow my 2 boys have enough (although it would ONLY be FAIR for them to get what is rightfully theirs)... the lies, the below the belt insults, and the shameless mockery of an illness that is finally an accepted part of my life’s reality- staying angry about all i’ve had to survive won’t help me HEAL, it just makes burdens i carry even heavier. And i realize, so many of you have it much worse than me, you don’t have access to the health care i’m on my way to NOW. For someone who has accepted that tomorrow is never assured, he and his family already took enough of my yesterdays. ENOUGH, way more than enough... so for me, I FORGIVE YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE. SUMMARY: i’ll take care of myself, kuya josh, and bimb... problema nyo na at bahala na sa inyo ang DIVINA LAW. #peaceofmind

She wrote, "I promised myself this last night, right before allowing sleep to take over: the money, somehow my two boys [Josh and Bimby] have enough (although it would ONLY be FAIR for them to get what is rightfully theirs)... the lies, the below the belt insults, and the shameless mockery of an illness that is finally an accepted part of my life’s reality - staying angry about all I've had to survive won’t help me HEAL, it just makes burdens I carry even heavier. And I realize, so many of you have it much worse than me, you don’t have access to the health care I'm on my way to NOW [sic]."

Kris is currently in Singapore to seek medical treatment as she continues with her battle against chronic spontaneous urticaria, an autoimmune skin disease.

"For someone who has accepted that tomorrow is never assured, he and his family already took enough of my yesterdays," she continued. "ENOUGH, way more than enough... so for me, I FORGIVE YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE [sic]."

"SUMMARY: I’ll take care of myself, kuya Josh, and Bimb... problema niyona at bahala na sa inyo ang DIVINA LAW (Kris' legal counsel) [sic]," she added.

This after news of the Quezon City Prosecutors Office having dismissed the two counts of grave threats filed against her by Nicko and his brother Jesus Falcis courted headlines in April.

The legal battle between the former business associates dates back to November when Kris filed 44 counts of qualified theft in different courts in Manila against Nicko, based on claims of fraud using the company credit card of her production company, Kris C. Aquino Productions.

Three courts - namely, Makati, Pasig, and Taguig - have dismissed the case due to lack of sufficient evidence.

Meanwhile, Kris had withdrawn her complaint in Mandaluyong, leaving only San Juan, Manila, and Quezon City to sign a public resolution regarding the case.
