After giving a glimpse of her new condo last month, Pia Wurtzbach said renovations are still in progress. “Moving in got moved further actually because there were some delays with the shipments. But that’s okay because it gives me more time to prepare. Itong latter part, ito yung masayang part eh kasi mag-de-design na. Pagkatapos na yung construction and it’s time to put in your personal touch to the condo unit, that’s the most fun part. So I don’t want to rush that part naman,” she shared during the grand opening of the Blue Water Day Spa Ortigas branch held last May 22.

The Blue Water Day Spa ambassador said her unit will have a lot of her personal touches even if she is busy with work. “Well I’m working with an interior designer. Because of my busy schedule I’m not able to make all of the decisions myself so what happens is that they give me options and then I choose from there. It just makes everything easier. And I really trust their vision also because they know what I like. I’ve already described it to them and gave them pegs. So based on that they can make the right decisions on what I would like to see in my condo,” she explained.

During last month’s filing of annual income tax returns, Pia topped the list of revenue earners in her district in Quezon City according to the BIR. The beauty queen said she still can’t believe all the blessings she’s been receiving. “Kasi it’s been a few years already since I won Miss Universe but then parang delayed yung pagka-absorb ko sa kanya. Yung realization medyo delayed. Ngayon ko pa lang na-re-realize na I can actually get my own place now and I have my own car and then I don’t have to worry about getting by everyday or paying the bills every month. I’m just really grateful for that. But of course I’m making this parang a lesson na rin to learn how to save, learn how to invest for my future and to make just everything better, not just for myself but also for my family,” she shared.
