The 36-year-old actress has been celebrating the re-run of her '90s show 'Tabing Ilog' on ABS-CBN's streaming service iWant since Wednesday.
It has been a memorable month for Jodi Sta. Maria as she is about to make her television comeback with a new primetime series, Sino ang May Sala: Mea Culpa, starting on Monday.
Aside from this, the 36-year-old actress has been celebrating the re-run of her '90s show Tabing Ilog on ABS-CBN's streaming service iWant since Wednesday. Talking to ABS-CBN's MJ Felipe recently, Jodi told that she's thrilled about younger viewers having the chance to watch the series for free.
"Sobrang nostalgic, kasi naalala ko sina John Lloyd (Cruz), sina Baron (Geisler), lahat ng cast and nae-excite ako kasi 'yung generation na hindi nakaabot ng Tabing Ilog before, mapapanood nila ngayon," she said.
On the possibility of a reunion project among its cast, Jodi said that she's open to working with her co-actors John Lloyd, Baron, Kaye Abad, Paula Peralejo, Patrick Garcia, Desiree del Valle, and Paolo Contis again.
"Why not diba, that would be fun, riot yun," she said.
Tabing Ilog, a youth-oriented series, aired on ABS-CBN in March 1999 until October 2003. It is said to be akin to the popular American teen drama Dawson's Creek.
