Actress and mother Neri Naig took pride in the artwork collection of her two-year-old son Miggy that she and her husband, singer Chito Miranda, have collected since the past year.
Proud mother Neri Naig took to social media on Tuesday morning, April 2, to showcase a gallery of paintings made by her son Miggy that she and her husband, Parokya Ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda, have collected over the course of one year.
Last February, the couple introduced their two-year-old child to art as part of Miggy’s learning activities, as well as to make room for family bonding time. Incidentally, painting is one of Neri’s favorite pastime at home while Chito is actually an artist – he once took up a Fine Arts course in the University of the Philippines prior to taking a leap towards his music career.
Having exposed their son to art at a young age, Neri, in a previous Instagram post, said that it’s just as important to support children once they have shown interest at any activity. “Kapag may magandang nagawa ang ibang bata, meron talagang masasabing di maganda ang iba, out of bitterness? Insecurities? Suportahan ang mga anak at mahalin sila lalo at alagaan,” she said.
Encourage them more para di sila matakot sumubok, very talented ang mga bata.
