Ina Raymundo wins her first international Best Actress award in Portugal

<p>After winning her first local Best Actress award sa 2002 PMPC Star Awards for Movies para sa pelikulang <em>Tuhog</em>, na idinirek ni Jeffrey Jeturian,  ngayon lang nanalo si Ina Raymundo ng isang international Best Actress award.</p><p>Naiuwi ni Ina ang Best Actress sa 39th Fantasporto International Film Festival 2019 na ginanap sa Portugal. Ipinanalo ni Ina ang kanyang performance sa pelikulang <em>Kuya Wes</em>, isang Cinemalaya finalist last year, na directed ni James Mayo.</p><p>Si Direk James at lead actor Ogie Alcasid ay umattend ng film fest sa Portugal, pero since hindi na-irelease ang pangalan ng nominees ng maaga, nakauwi na ulit sa Pilipinas ang dalawa nang malaman nilang nanalo pala si Ina. </p><p>Naka-tie ni Ina sa Best Actress si Ai-Ai Delas Alas para naman sa pelikulang <em>School Service</em>, na isa ring Cinemalaya finalist last year, directed by Louie Ignacio Natanggap din ng<em> School Service </em>ang Orient Express Special Jury Award.</p><p>Ginanap ang festival noong Feb 22 to March 2, at dinaluhan ng representatives mula sa iba't ibang bansa. <p>After winning her first local Best Actress award sa 2002 PMPC Star Awards for Movies para sa pelikulang <em>Tuhog</em>, na idinirek ni Jeffrey Jeturian,  ngayon lang nanalo si Ina Raymundo ng isang international Best Actress award.<p>Naiuwi ni Ina ang Best Actress sa 39th Fantasporto International Film Festival 2019 na ginanap sa Portugal. Ipinanalo ni Ina ang kanyang performance sa pelikulang <em>Kuya Wes</em>, isang Cinemalaya finalist last year, na directed ni James Mayo.<p>Si Direk James at lead actor Ogie Alcasid ay umattend ng film fest sa Portugal, pero since hindi na-irelease ang pangalan ng nominees ng maaga, nakauwi na ulit sa Pilipinas ang dalawa nang malaman nilang nanalo pala si Ina.
