<p>As a constant traveler doing segments for Umagang Kay Ganda, Gretchen Ho revealed that constantly being on the road for work is not always a bed of roses no matter how easy she makes it look in front of the camera. The athlete-host shared her sentiments in an Instagram post last March 1. She wrote, “The biggest challenge of being a traveler is enduring sleepless nights, body clock shifts, constant movement, being away from home all the time, but still having to look good. People think it’s all easy, but really, A LOT of hard work.
