AC Bonifacio is feeling "crazy" over an international project with the well-known youth TV network, Nickelodeon.

The 16-year-old Star Magic artist is set to go to California on Wednesday to shoot for Kid's Choice Award (KCA) exclusive pre-shows. "This event came at a time when I didn't know, like, it will happen. And it's very unexpected na international pa po," AC told the press on Monday, March 18.

AC was chosen by Nickelodeon to be the Philippines' representative as one of the KCA Social Squad, "Our group po, we call it Social Squad, it's people from all around the world po. And they want us in the videos to speak in our [own] language po. So they wanted me to speak Tagalog po," she said.

Aside from being the first Filipina to join the KCA Social Squad, AC is also excited about meeting Ariana Grande again.

"They've (Nickelodeon) been posting the celebrities na that are gonna be there. And so far, their main big one is Ariana Grande, and I wanna see her again," she said.

AC, together with her dance partner Lucky Ancheta, once met and performed with Ariana Grande from one of the latter's concerts in 2015. This happened after the duo, who were known as "Lucky Aces" back then, was featured in The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

However, AC said that international projects like this does not mean she is giving up her career in the Philippines.

"If there's an offer po, doon po sa international, of course I'll try to do it, I'll go with it. Pero at the end of the day po, I'm still a Filipino, I still wanna come back here kasi sobrang different ng support ng Filipino fans po," AC said.
