Dreamscape Digital presented the cast members of their upcoming digital series on iWant, Mga Batang Poz. Adapted from a novel of the same title, the new series will feature Awra Briguela, Mark Neumann, Fino Herrera, and Paolo Gumabao playing the roles of PLHIV or Persons Living with HIV.

At the story conference yesterday, March 14, Director Chris Martinez thanked the members of the cast for accepting the roles knowing that the story has a sensitive and daring theme. "Thank you for accepting the project, and trusting all of us here. 'Wag kayong mag-alala aalagaan namin kayo," he said.

Direk Chris also assured the actors, that since the target audience will be the young adults, the execution for series will stay as "hopeful" and "positive" like it was in the book.

"Yes, it has sex and a very daring theme, but kung titignan niyo siya ng malapitan, ito ay kuwento ng pangkabataan

The Mga Batang Poz novel, which was first released last October 2018, is about the stories of four individuals who were diagnosed as HIV positive at a young age. Segundo “Jun” Matias Jr, author of the book, shared with the cast, that the goal of the project is to promote awareness and end the stigma among PLHIV.

The cast also includes Chie Filomeno, Chai Fonacier, Joem Bascon, Arnold Reyes, and more.
