Aside from her breathtaking performance at the UAE Papal Visit, Sarah Geronimo’s two Amato Haute Couture pieces were also highlighted.
Kapamilya singer Sarah Geronimo made the Filipino community proud as she showcased her powerful vocals at the recent Papal Visit that happened yesterday, February 5, in UAE.
Singing four songs namely The Prayer, The Climb, Noypi, and Forever's Not Enough, Sarah also won hearts with the Amato Haute Couture pieces she wore during her performance.
The white jumpsuit and blue couture gown were both designed by Filipino designer Furne One – the same person who chose Maymay Entrata to be his catwalk princess at the Arab Fashion Week last year.
“For this particular event, I have prepared two statement pieces for her. The look for the opening number is an immaculate white jumpsuit in Chinese collar embellished with crystals and flower patterns finished with a dramatic cape with aviary accents. It is simple yet sophisticated. The second powder is a divine powder blue couture gown with intricate details and signature Amato patterns.
“Both white and blue colors symbolize peace and unity, a perfect statement for this momentous event in our history,” Furne One explained in a report by ABS-CBN News.
