In an episode of DZMM's OMJ, Ogie said, "Suggestion ko lang sana ilipat ng weekend ang first day of showing, hindi Wednesday kasi Wednesday nasa school, nasa office. Wala namang manonood talaga.
The comedian-host also urged the owners of cinemas to find solutions and to help the film outfits and producers.
He also suggested to lower the ticket prices and to create smaller movie houses that could accommodate films from small movie outfits.
