Quantum Films on Saturday released the official trailer of its newest horror offering, Sunod.
The one-minute trailer centers on the story of Olivia (Carmina Villaroel), a single mother looking to afford the medical bills of her sick daughter by working as a call center agent of a mysterious business process outsourcing (BPO) company, where she experiences a series of unexplained ghostly encounters.
Directed by Carlo Ledesma, Sunod is an official entry to this year's Metro Manila Film Festival, along with M&M: The Mall, The Merrier, Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity, 3POL TROBOL: Huli Ka Balbon!, Miracle in Cell No. 7, Mindanao, Write About Love, and Culion.
Aside from Carmina, the horror flick stars Mylene Dizon and JC Santos.
The Metro Manila Film Festival 2019 will run from December 25 to January 7, 2020.
