“I am so proud of my cousin... She represented our country so well!” wrote fellow beauty queen Winwyn Marquez.
She may not have succeeded in her bid to win the Miss World crown.
But Winwyn Marquez is still “so proud” of her fellow beauty queen and real-life cousin, Michelle Dee.
On Instagram on Sunday, Winwyn, or Teresita Ssen Marquez in real life, shared a photo of her with Michelle as she sang praises for her cousin for successfully “representing the country so well.”
“Beauty and Brains! WE love you to the moon and back queen,” she said.
Winwyn is the daughter of Joey Marquez, the brother of Melanie Marquez, who is Michelle’s mother.
Michelle failed to bring home the crown in the Miss World 2019 pageant held in London on Saturday. However, she was able to advance up to the pageant’s Top 12.
