Judy Ann Santos, who won for Best Actress at the 41st Cairo International Film Festival, still hasn’t “digested” the good news.

Judy Ann was awarded for her portrayal in the Brillante Mendoza film Mindanao.

The Starla lead actress then shared that she dedicates her award to her mother Carol.

"My mom is very, very happy.

Mindanao is one of the official entries in this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
