Angelica Panganiban apologizes for posting Holocaust Memorial photo: ‘There is no malice and intention to malign’

<p>Currently touring Europe on vacation, Angelica Panganiban got into a bit of hot water after posting on her Instagram Stories a photo of herself at the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin, Germany with the caption, <em>“Kabibili ko nga lang pala ng bansang ito [ayon] sa OOTD ko. Tabi! Dadaan ang madam!”</em></p><p>The caption did not sit well with netizens who called out Angelica for not giving respect to the monument which is a memorial dedicated to all the Jewish victims of the Holocaust.</p><p>Angelica took down the photo and issued an apology through her Twitter account last November 7.</p><p>“While there is no malice and intention to malign and disrespect the memories of the Holocaust, I would like to apologize for offending the sensibilities of others over a picture I posted on my ig story,” and “As I travel, I will be more informed about the history and use this as learning experience to be more conscious on things I post.
