Angel Locsin just had the best time touring Rome with her fiance, producer Neil Arce.Based on their Instagram posts, the couple went to visit some of the top tourist attractions in the city, including the historical Colosseum and the famous Spanish Steps.Neil was in the Italy to accompany Angel as she met her Filipino fans in the country as one of the Kapamilya artists featured in the recently-held "ASAP Natin 'To Rome" concert.The two have been engaged since June of this year.Check out their sweet moments in Rome in these photos!
