With her latest film Ang Henerasyong Sumuko Sa Love now showing in cinemas, Jane Oineza admitted she is happy to work with director Jason Paul Laxamana. “Kung di ako nagkakamali, nag-audition na ako for this before pa ako nakipag-work sa Project Feb 14 so excited na ako mag-attend ng audition. I really wanted to work with direk Jason Paul kasi idol ko siya. Pinanuod ko yung The Day After Valentine’s so talagang pinapanuod ko yung mga movies niya. Yun din yung lumabas sa film namin hopefully,” she said.

Playing the role of aspiring vlogger Maan Miranda, Jane shared what she learned when it comes to building a social media image. “Just be you. Stay true to yourself. Also sa iba, don’t be so quick to judge. Lahat tayo may kanya-kanyang problema, lahat tayo may kanya kanyang pinagdadaanan and we all go through different ways to cope and to be okay. So ayun lang, let’s understand each other and love each other,” she said.

With the rising popularity of vlogging on YouTube, Jane said  she is not planning to become a vlogger any time soon nor does she view content creators as direct competitors of celebrities. Again, wala akong idea so wala akong ma-contribute. Hindi ko alam kung anong masasabi ko. Pero to each their own, kung gusto nilang mag-vlog, kung gusto nila mag-share ng life nila then okay lang naman wala namang problema as long as wala namang natatapakang tao or walang masamang nangyayari. Go lang,” she added.

Unlike her character in the movie, Jane says she has not yet given up on love. Team kayo diyan eh so support each other, help each other grow and pareho kayong 100,” she explained.
