Kathryn Bernardo reveals her top three favorite Tagalog films: ‘Mga classic yun!’

Having a busy career is not enough for Kathryn Bernardo who always makes sure to spend time with her loved ones as well. “I think I try to balance work and play. Mahirap siya i-balance but I think kung hindi ko siya iba-balance, sometimes it can get really overwhelming and mapapagod ka kasi tao ka lang din naman. So na-realize ko yung perfect formula for that is, enjoy mo kung anong ginagawa mo plus you have to make time for your personal life like now puro work ako but I have personal time din for breaks and yung mga pinaalam na vacation. So kailangan mo yun i-balance, time with your friends, with your family, with your boyfriend. You need yung time with lahat ng yun para mabuo ka. Hindi puwede na puro work lang din. Hindi rin puwede na puro relax lang din. So time management din,” she shared.The new Keds Philippines first celebrity ambassador also enjoys spending time with her pets and working out. “I have seven dogs. And we have ten puppies at home pero ipapa-adopt ko naman yun pero yung malalaking dogs we have seven and one cat. I also enjoy working out pero recently hindi rin ako nakakapag-workout kasi I got sick but yun yung as in time ko for myself yung Lagree yun talaga. And gusto ko lang din sa house. Sometimes, pag kasama ko yung mga kaibigan ko, sa bahay lang din kami. Mas taong bahay kami eh,” she said.Growing up in showbiz, Kathryn said she loves watching Tagalog movies. “Favorite ko siguro One More Chance, G-mik yung barkada movie na yun, and A Very Special Love. Mga classic yun eh. Pero ako siguro I want to try doing horror again. Na-try ko na siya before pero parang once pa lang. Gusto ko ulit mag-horror or maybe thriller and action someday,” she said.After her recent vacation in Iceland with boyfriend Daniel Padilla, Kathryn said it’s back to work mode again for the next couple of months. “Marami kaming out of the country plans this year. We have One Magical Night U.S tour and then meron din kaming ASAP Rome and then I think may inaayos pa na Europe tour sa December so medyo maraming alis and yun muna this year. And then next year we’ll start the teleserye,” she said.
