Nadine Lustre has yet again laughed off rumors that she is pregnant.

Earlier this month, a photo of Nadine Lustre posing at the airport with a plump belly before flying to Indonesia for an endorsement commitment made rounds online.

While netizens weren’t exactly sure as to why she had a rather more round tummy, several netizens speculated that she was pregnant.

During the sidelines of the media launch for Your Moment, ABS-CBN’s newest talent reality search, some members of the entertainment press asked Nadine Lustre if the rumors were true.

“Ha? Buntis ako? Ba’t di ko po alam na buntis ako,” she said. “Talaga ba? Hindi naman,” she said.

With Your Moment reportedly set to run for 15 weeks, Nadine Lustre said she would be more than glad to take a break from showbiz for a while.

“Ako. I guess kasi buong taon tuloy-tuloy din po ako. So I think well-deserved ko naman ‘yung magpahinga. And meron din po kasi akong mga kailangan asikasuhin outside po of showbiz.”

Lustre also admitted that she doesn’t know where the fake news came from, adding that she hopes people would believe in something if it came directly from her instead of other people.

“Oo. Bakit,” she said. “Saan kasi nanggaling? Parang ako naman, if hindi naman nanggaling sa akin, sana ‘wag nang paniwalaan ‘di ba?”

Asked why she now has a sexier figure, Nadine said: “Nagkasakit po ako. Ano po, viral po. Siyempre lahat po halos ng tao ngayon may sakit. Kakagaling lang sa rainy season. So ayun po.”

This is not the first time Nadine was rumored to be pregnant. Back in 2017, the same rumors surfaced on social media.

Meanwhile, the actress is set to judge the talent reality search Your Moment alongside King of Talk Boy Abunda and International RnB Sensation Billy Crawford.

The show airs this November 9 on ABS-CBN.
