Ethel Booba is famously known for her antics and witty tweets online but she surprised and reminded everyone that she is also a talented singer after joining the celebrity edition of <a href='https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/tawagngtanghalan/main'>It’s Showtime</a>’s <a href='https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/itsshowtime/main'>Tawag ng Tanghalan</a>.The comedienne sang The Beatles’ hit song “Help,” received positive comments from the judges particularly Dulce, who was also one of the judges oaf another singing contest called “Sing Galing.”Dulce then encouraged Ethel to be more serious in singing.“God’s gift to you is singing, the gift of voice. Alam ko na hindi mo maiwasang mag-comedy, kasi natural kang comedian talaga. Pero, ang prayer ko, bumalik ka doon sa serious singing mo,” she said.“Gusto ko talagang seryosohin mo ‘yung pagkanta mo, kasi ako, nanghihinayang ako… Mas bigyan mo pa ng time, kasi ang galing-galing mo,” she added.Ethel won the round and will face other previous winners today, October 12.
