The lifestyle and travel blogger shares her plans for the coming year.
After a productive 2018, lifestyle blogger Dani Barretto admitted she is looking forward to the next couple of months with a very positive outlook. “My resolution for me this year is to focus on my work more, to be able to produce so many content and exciting content for my subscribers and to travel more I guess. Yun ang resolutions ko this year,” she shared during the LG Netflix special Kingdom preview held earlier this month at the Korean Tourism Council office in Taguig city.
Attending events for new exciting series on television like the zombie thriller Kingdom is something Dani said that she is more confident to attend now. “It is easier but it is always challenging because siyempre you have to give your best to the clients. You just have to think of how to make it nice for your audience and how you can give the client the content they deserve and want. That’s always the challenging part but I love going to events like this. It’s always so creative. Most especially with Netflix and now they tied up with LG so mas intense ‘yung tie-up (laughs). I seldom watch TV. I’m always on Netflix. I just finished You and then my favorite horror is Haunting of the Hill House so scary stuff but I love it. I’m actually excited about this new show. I’m excited to see it kasi mahilig ako sa mga horror kahit matatakutin ako,” she told Push.
Having been born to celebrity parents Marjorie Barretto and Kier Legaspi, as well as having siblings who are also in showbiz, Dani admitted that she is open to enter the industry with the right project. Last year, Dani was briefly seen in Erich Gonzales’s movie We Will Not Die Tonight. “I always say naman, I never close my doors if given the opportunity I would but as of now I’m enjoying my YouTube career if I must say. If the opportunity is there why naman decline,” she said.
In her personal life, Dani said she and her non-showbiz boyfriend Xavi are already thinking of taking their relationship to the next level. “We always plan it. It’s going to be soon. Like we always plan it, we always talk about it. We always say when but it feels like it’s going to be soon (laughs),” she said.
