Kristine Hermosa also shares why she and husband Oyo Sotto won't be attending the ABS-CBN Ball this year.
Even after raising four kids with showbiz taking a backseat, Kristine Hermosa-Sotto said she still has a lot to learn about motherhood. “Up until now, na-fi-feel ko pa rin minsan kapag medyo kinakabahan ka… Kaya sa totoo si God lang talaga that's keeping me together. Siyempre ang hirap ng mga sakit sakit especially lately ang daming mga viruses na iba-iba na. Kaya prayers lang talaga and yun nga wisdom na you know what you do if ever man na you'll know bago pa lumala. Actually everyday is really a challenge especially for parents. First of all pag nagkakasakit yung bata, moody, ganyan,” she shared during the Basta Fever Kool Fever event held last September 27 in Taguig city.
As a very hands-on mom, Kristine said she has had her share of health scares at home with the kids. But she stressed that the key to handling things is not to panic. “I'm very hands-on. Wala naman kaming ibang maasahan but kami ni Oyo talaga. Na-experience ko na sabay sabay sila (nilagnat). Wala naman nangyari, kailangan mo lang kumalma kasi siyempre ang pinaka-nagpa-panic yung parents di ba? Kasi pag nag-panic ka wala, masisira diskarte mo so you just really have to relax, pray that God will give you wisdom and do what's necessary. Actually recently si Ondrea umabot siya ng 49 point something so na-alarm talaga ako nun so wala na, nag-panic na ako. Dinala ko na siya sa hospital pero yun pala virus lang. Thank God virus lang,” she recalled.
The new Kool Fever endorser also shared that she is open to the possibility of having another baby especially since her daughter Ondrea has been requesting for a female sibling. “Yes if it's God's will. Hindi ko alam eh. Bahala na si Lord (laughs). We want to have another daughter. Gusto ni Ondrea talaga. If not for her okay na ako. Gusto niya ng sister. Sabi niya, 'All boys always na lang they're so gulo.' Lord please kung bibigyan mo kami talagang babae para lang sa kanya,” she said.
After being part of the primetime fantaserye Bagani, Tin said she is also open to doing more acting. She also shared why she and husband Oyo Sotto will not be able to attend this year’s ABS-CBN ball. “Yun na nga, sorry but I can't. Hindi ako nakapag-prepare but of course I would love to sana kung medyo mahaba habang preparation. I can't. But we were invited naman,” she said.
