But in an Instagram post by her mom on September 25, Scarlet can be seen speaking Bisaya, using phrases such as, “Huy day” and “Waray bugas.”<p>Mommy Vicki Belo wrote, “(@scarletsnowbelo) Scarlet Snow Belo entertaining everyone of her Bisaya skills  Can you suggest other Bisaya expressions for her?”<br/>
