After Bakwit Boys, director Jason Paul Laxamana takes on the psycho thriller genre with #ProjectFeb14. “A Filipino psycho thriller involving a strange teenage couple and a documentary journalist.” On his Instagram account, the Kapampangan director shared the story behind the film which will be headlined by Jane Oineza, McCoy De Leon, and JC Santos. Although he admitted to have had difficulty looking for the right home for the film, Laxamana now happily shares that Dreamscape Entertainment will be backing his newest project.

He wrote:
#ProjectFeb14 has been passed around by producers since 2014. They like it. One producer even found the concept hair-raising when I pitched to him the concept. So while producers found it interesting, somehow they might have found it too controversial or disturbing. That is why when @dreamscapeph greenlit this project, I was amazed. Challenge accepted! I guess we were just waiting for the right medium to cater to this kind of material.”
