See the happenings at Bea Alonzo's graduation dinner after she completed her Fundamentals in Baking and Pastry Arts course.
Bea Alonzo is now a proud pastry chef after completing the Fundamentals in Baking and Pastry Arts course at the Center for Culinary Arts. To celebrate this new milestone in her life, Bea organized a graduation dinner for her family and friends. She baked pastries and meals for her guests.
"It has always been in my bucket list to learn baking but being intimidated by the idea that in order to be good at it, one must be precise and dedicated. I never really got my head around pursuing it. But this year, I promised myself that I will do things that intimidates or scares me. I promised myself that I will learn new things and try to go out of my comfort zone," she wrote on Instagram.
"So, I enrolled and had the best time of my life. I felt like a kid again learning a new skill. It made me feel good that I was enriching myself with new knowledge and also gaining new friends in the process. It is NEVER too late to pursue new things. I am so glad I did it," she added.
