Dental Diva Kakai Bautista admitted feeling pressured as her movie Harry & Patty comes to cinemas on August 1.
Kakai then shared how she tries to motivate herself and seek help from friends in the industry.
Stop stressing yourself na it’s gonna be your first time… or hindi ka sikat na artista. Ang importante, you delivered, and you did your job well. Thats it,” Kakai said.
“Kapag ‘yan ay pumatok sa takilya, at naappreciate ng masa, it’s your bonus,” she added.
The 38-year old comedienne can’t help but cry while thanking the film’s production team.
“Kahit lait-laitin pa ng mga tao, we did our job and we gave our 200% duty as actors and actresses. And kino-commend ko yung buong team ng Harry & Patty, kasi it’s not easy to finish a movie in 9 days. Very limited time and very limited budget. All the works, sobrang hirap ng pinagdaanan nila,” she explained.
Kakai also revealed that all the blessings she received in 15 years in showbiz, made her faith stronger than ever.
Grabe kasi yung binigay niya sa akin na blessings, from 300 pesos naging 3 million, char,” she said with a laugh.
On the other hand, Kakai’s leading man Ahron Villena shared that the actress helped in writing the script and some comical scenes in the film. The two also expressed their excitement for the movie’s release because of a very interesting plot twist.
