The Miss Multinational 2018 winner believes Kisses' youthful personality can go the distance in beauty pageants.
Sophia Senoron, who won the first-ever Miss Multinational competition, was asked during the blogcon for her debut film project Walwal if she thinks her co-star Kisses Delavin has what it takes to become an international beauty queen.
Having trained under the same camp, Sophia believes that the training they got has earned her a spot in the competition and eventually helped her win the crown.
"When I joined the national pageant, sobrang hindi ako marunong mag-Passarella. I didn't know the difference between Passarella and like model ramping and then ramping for a pageant so I underwent the most rigorous training under Kagandahang Flores like gabi-gabi hanggang umaga," she said.
Likewise, Kisses, who was crowned Miss Kaogma 2016 in her hometown in Camarines Sur, believes she learned a lot throughout the camp that would possibly help her snag a title in an international beauty competition.
"Matalino siya. Tapos sobrang dami niyang life advice. Sobrang nagamit ko siya. I owe her a lot," Kisses remarked, praising one of the people who molded her in the said training.
Sophia also added that she and Kisses often discuss all things beauty pageant.
"We talk a lot about our trainings in the past. Pero nauna si Kisses sa'kin mag-training for Miss Kaogma. Ako nag-training ako for Ms. World Philippines so we talk about it. We received the same training naman. Pero in terms of exchanging tips naman, not so much," she stated.
Sophia, who finds Kisses' personality young and youthful, believes the latter could really become a beauty queen.
"We've actually talked about it before pero she's keeping her options open. Pero I really want her to join kasi you need that kind of personality kasi we haven't had a beauty queen that had the young, youthful personality that joined the top 4 beauty pageants sa so I'd really like to see Kisses in that field as well," she added.
Both Kisses Delavin and Sophia Senoron will star in Walwal, which opens in cinemas on June 27.
