Ex-PBB housemate Wendy Valdez throws dedication and first birthday party for son Seth

Former "<a href='http://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/pbbseason7/main'>Pinoy Big Brother</a>" housemate Wendy Valdez celebrated two special milestones of her son Seth recently -- his birthday and dedication. For Seth’s first birthday party, Wendy and her husband prepared a marathon-themed party. They invited their family and friends for the two special occasions. "We held our baby dedication for Seth before his birthday party. A baby dedication is where us parents of Seth, dedicate our son to Jesus and commit that we would do our very best as parents to lead him to Christ, and teach his ways to him. Godparents are also commiting to become 2nd parents, and to faithfully pray for Seth and guide him," Wendy said in her Instagram post. It has been a challenging journey for Wendy as a parent the past few months. Seth has hip dysplasia and mild hydrocephalus and they have been going back and forth to the hospital in the past year. Thankfully, on Seth’s 9th month, they got back from their usual checkup and she was pleased with the positive results. “For how many weeks, all we heard was his head was getting larger, but that day was different. God answered my prayers differently this time," Wendy shared.
