“I left [the] Philippines in 1998 pero I was uwian kasi I was finishing my degree. Then got married in Germany in 2000. Lived there for four years then moved here na,” simulang kuwento niya sa amin.

“You might want to also write that I got divorced and married my current husband in 2014. Mas juicy. Hahaha!” pabiro niyang hirit.

“15 years (kaming kasal), pero we separated after nine years. It took six to seven years for the divorce to go through. Kasi we were married in Germany but we filed the divorce here,” sabi pa niya sa amin.

“Thanks. I found my true love in the end. One can only pray for a forever. But I’m glad we’re together now. My husband is the best. My kids are well. Grateful.

“But seriously, I don’t think it would be relevant (to write about it), I haven’t been an artista there in ages!” sabi ulit ni Michelle.

Tatlo na ang anak ni Michelle. Ang panganay niya is already 17 years old.

Sagot ng dating beauty queen, “Right now I’m filming for Cinemax. But I’m also a yoga teacher. I own a yoga studio here. And I have a small company called Filipino House of Commerce.”

So, umaarte pa rin pala siya hanggang ngayon?

“Yup. Once you’ve been bitten by the bug, there’s no going back,” she said.

“I can’t be away too long. That’s why I can’t work in the Philippines. Sayang nga, Boss Vic (Del Rosario) offered me to guest in a teleserye. But I’d have to stay there for three to six months,” pagtatapos niya.
