From 220 lbs (100 kg) to 190 lbs (87 kg) in 3 months!!! I started going to the gym after my 21st birthday last February. Di ko talaga alam kung paano mags-start ulit dahil ang laki ng tinaba ko from eating and drinking nung holidays like Christmas and New Year. I had to buy bigger ones for myself. I don’t feel good, I don’t look good. Without any purpose or motivation that time, Nagsipag ako mag boxing. Hehe. Met new people and made friends also at the gym and doon ako humugot ng lakas ng loob, sipag and motivation na ipagpatuloy yung pagpapapayat ko. It’s never too late guys. If you feel like you can’t do it. YOU CAN!!! Now is the time to start working out and change your lifestyle.. Not for somebody else but for YOURSELF :)
