Myra Abo Santos, the mother of 17-year-old Eleila Santos, has filed child abuse and cybercrime case against Ellen Adarna today, May 15.

According to ABS-CBN News reporter MJ Felipe, she filed the case at the Office of the Prosecutor in Pasig City this morning.

Myra posted a public letter on Facebook last week asking for a public apology from Ellen for tagging and accusing her daughter as paparazzi.

"My family and I have begun seeking legal assistance. As advised by our lawyer, we are now writing this letter. As her family, we ask you to publicly apologise to Eleila. We prefer not to take this further, but as our only daughter, we are ready to take this wherever needed to protect her integrity,” she said in the post.
