Catriona Gray, wala pa diumano sa isip nila ni Clint Bondad ang pagpapakasal.
On Tonight with Boy Abunda, Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2018 Catriona Gray reacted to Maggie Wilson and Bea Rose Santiago’s opinion about there being a better candidate deserving of the Best in Swimwear award. “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, we are in a competition you can always say that another girl was more deserving or that you thought someone else shined and I respect that. We were a batch of amazing girls.”
She then clarified that her statement was more about asking her fans to respect everybody’s opinion. “And all I said when I released my statement na, ‘Guys, let’s not be overly sensitive. They’re allowed to have their opinion.’ Let’s not use it as an avenue or a means to attack with negativity and bashing.”
She’s also talked about her five-year relationship with her handsome beau Clint Bondad whom she said is very proud of her achievements. “We met when we were 18 and now that we’re like 24 na, the both of us. We’ve seen each other amidst the different challenges of growing up together… we trust each other a lot and there’s a support there na walang pressure.”
Pressure, for Catriona, means the pressure of taking the relationship to the next level like marriage. According to her some people are asking them about getting married because she has been with Clint for year now. But Catriona stressed, they’re far from that stage yet. “We’re at the point in our lives where it’s our launch pad e. We’re at that age where we can go out and pursue our dreams and aspirations so we really support each other.”
