<p> </p><p>Saab Magalona and her son Pancho Gerardo are ready to go home after spending days in the hospital.</p><p>Saab posted a photo with Pancho along with the hospital staff of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.</p><p>"<em>Graduated from the NICU yesterday!!
