As John Prats and wife Isabel Oli get ready to celebrate their third anniversary in May, the actor-director said he is also enjoying his role at home as a hands-on dad. “Siguro I try to balance. As a dad I want to be a cool dad and at the same time kahit papaano siguro madisiplina siguro. Pero tingin ko kasi ang nangyayari sa akin spoiler eh. I want to give everything to Feather. Basta ako ngayon my focus is bukod sa work yung family talaga. I want to spend time with them as much as I can. Actually when we tape Ang Probinsyano everyday, pagka may free time talaga ako I spend it with them and stay home with them. Kasi ang saya, effortless to spend time with my family. Iba yung joy na nabibigay sa iyo,” he shared.
Fatherhood has become easy for the Banana Sundae actor as he is already planning for baby number two. “Madali eh. Masaya ko siyang ginagawa. Siyempre may mga first time kami ni Liv so may mga bagay kaming hindi alam at ngayon lang namin na-discover pero I’m enjoying the journey. Yes gusto na namin sundan si Feather. I want three-straight babies talaga and then that’s the time we stop. Sana i-bless kami with two more. Sana boy naman this time para kumpleto na ako,” he admitted.
As for his daughter Feather, John is enjoying the firsts in her life. “Nag-first swim lang siya nung nag-trip kami to Cebu. So nag-swim siya with yung mga fish. Enjoy at happy ako na gusto niya yung water. So sana more more travel for the three of us,” he said.
John said he and his wife are also enjoying sharing happy moments of their daughter with her growing number of Instagram followers. “Well kanya kanya namang trip yan eh. Gusto nila ng private pero kami naman kasi natutuwa kami, like yung mga followers namin ni Liv they get inspired. Iba daw talaga yung joy pag nakikita nila si Feather. That’s why we decided na gumawa ng account niya dahil pag pino-post ko si Feather may mga comments na nakaka-good vibes, ang sarap tingnan, mga ganyan. So gusto lang namin mag-send ng good vibes. Sa family namin gusto lang namin na good vibes lahat. And yun lang. Maybe half of me is really proud to have Feather as my baby and Liv as my wife,” he added.
