Julia Barretto soaked up the sun and frolicked in the waves with friends in Siargao as she turned 21 on March 10.
The actress, who had a Mexican-themed party last March 5, also had a special celebration with her boyfriend Joshua Garcia when he rented an ice skating rink just for her.
