On Tonight with Boy Abunda, Bela Padilla answered the question, “Tapos na ba ang kabanata ng iyong buhay kay Zanjoe Marudo?” Bela said, “Di ko po alam Tito Boy. Right now kasi parang naging ano ako free spirit so I don’t belong anywhere and I don’t belong to anyone. I’m just very happy right now.”

Asked how serious the friendship that she had with Zanjoe was, Bela said, “Definitely, it was easier when we were taping together for My Dear Heart kasi siyempre you see each other everyday so it’s easy to talk to each other. And we got so busy and I watched his interviews and I read his interviews he was very vocal naman na he’s not ready right now and I respect that.”

Host Boy Abunda also asked Bela if it didn’t get to a point where they almost got into something special and she answered, “Probably Tito Boy but whatever should have happened didn’t siguro.”

Bela also admitted she has admirers but she reiterated, “yes, I’m single.”
