During the grand media launch of his newest stint as a member of the MYX Squad, the 20-year-old heartthrob was asked by one of the bloggers about a video where he allegedly stated that he "likes" Korean host Sunny Kim.
Though Inigo was quick to dismiss the issue right then and there, PUSH caught up with the "Dahil Sa'Yo" singer to clarify the speculations about the way he feels for her. Apparently, he just meant to say that he admires Sunny for being fluent in speaking in English, Tagalog, and Korean.
"Kasi sobrang fan talaga ako. Ever since I discovered VJ Sunny na ang galing niya mag-Tagalog. I mean the fact that she's Korean kind of just amazes me. I mean everyone knows I'm a big fan of K-Pop and Korean culture. So na-amaze ako whenever I see VJ Sunny speaking Tagalog and just being herself. The fun and outgoing person that she is," he said.
Shutting down once and for all the issue linking him to his fellow VJ, he stated, "Parang Ate na namin yan, eh. So nothing like that."
Inigo Pascual joins MYX's roster of VJs - Robi Domingo, Sharlene San Pedro, Donny Pangilinan, Turs Daza, Ai dela Cruz, and Sunny Kim - to dish out the latest in the music scene and pop culture.
