With the year coming to a close, some of the biggest Kapamilya stars have bid 2018 their sentimental goodbyes and, conversely, said hello to 2019 with high hopes for themselves and their loved ones.

Celebrity mom Karla Estrada, who is currently in Japan with her children, including actor Daniel Padilla, wished for her family a tighter bond for the year ahead.

The same goes for actor-politician Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez, who urged his followers to make 2019 better with him.

Meanwhile, Ngayon at Kailanman leading lady Julia Barretto, who is in Los Angeles, California with her family at the moment, has only one New Year’s resolution for herself: inner peace.

Her elder sister Dani Barretto, on the other hand, is ready to face the new year “with a happy heart and a big smile” on her face.

Family, health, love life, money—actress Ruffa Gutierrez wants it all for 2019.

As for first-time father Jon Lucas, he’d rather focus his energy on the year ahead instead of dwell on his shortcomings in 2018.

Happy New Year Everyone! Happy new year! Kisses Delavin, who is in South Korea, shared a message from a Korean woman, who told her 'Nothing is impossible' and is ready to face 2019 head on.

Last but not the least is fledging actress Vivoree Esclito, who is leaving 2018 with a happy heart.
