On Sunday, December 2, dozens of friends and family gathered to celebrate Chesca and Doug’s daughter in a Winter Wonderland-themed party that the celebrant has long wished for, no less.For her big day, Scarlett turned into a princess in a floor-length tulle ball gown that was – literally and figuratively – lit. But, nothing has certainly made her feel more special than when her father gave her a promise ring as a gift, one that Doug shared was a symbol of his love for her. “It’s a promise between you and me, Scarlett.
