Months after the revelation, the former beauty queen shared that she flew to Tokyo to get a second opinion which turned out to be a confirmation of the diagnosis. Bea Rose is currently in Toronto, Canada with her family and is hoping that a “life-saving transplant” could help her with her kidney failure.
"I will be needing a life-saving transplant. I live because of a machine, my dialysis machine and the doctors and nurses at Home Hemo Dialysis centre in Toronto General," Bea Rose said.
She then stressed that she did not post her story to gain sympathy but for her to raise awareness since she got diagnosed even without experiencing any symptoms and had a healthy lifestyle since goes to the gym regularly.
“I suffered no symptoms! Symptoms started after my diagnoses and then the excess water in my body disappeared after and then was stable. Still it wasn’t enough I needed to dialyze. So please please when u feel weird and off, go get yourself checked!”
Despite everything that has happened to her, she assured her followers that she will fight the disease until she gets healed.
