During her sister Frankie Pangilinan's debutante ball, KC Concepcion and her boyfriend Pierre Emmanuel Plassart got decked in classic formal wear which easily made them the standout couple of the night. Pierre shared on his Instagram account that this was the only other time the couple got dressed to the nines together since attending former US president Bill Clinton's birthday ball in 2015.
