Philippine representative Catriona Gray joyfully shares with Dyan Castillejo how she did the trending 'slow motion' walk at the Miss Universe preliminaries.
"I just did the turn slowly! (Laugh) That's it, it's just a slow turn."
This was what a very joyful Catriona Gray told ABS-CBN correspondent Dyan Castillejo during at an interview during Miss Universe preliminaries about her trending 'slow motion' walk during the swimsuit competition.
On the windblown effect it had on her hair, Catriona was also in disbelief on how it appeared during the live stream.
"I know! I Don't even know how I did that," she exclaimed.
"I don't know, that wasn't me. (laugh) It just happened that way. Promise!" the Philippines' bet added.
Catriona then shared how the 'slow motion' walk came about.
"Me and my team knew we wanted straight hair for preliminary, but my mentor Kuya Carlos (Buendia Jr) he taught me that when I turn I should snap back (like) when you dance right? So I think that's what carried the hair," she explained to Dyan.
She also confirmed that the turn she did was intentional.
