Last December 11, successful businessman Joel Cruz proudly shared a video of his newest baby Ziv whom he finally met in Moscow after being born through a surrogate mother in Russia. Baby Ziv was born just last November 6. Joel said that he will soon be able to bring home his eighth child to the country.
