Bela Padilla on working with young love teams in ‘Fantastica’: ‘Ma-fi-feel mo talaga yung energy nila’

As part of one of this year’s highly anticipated Metro Manila Film Festival entries Fantastica, Bela Padilla said she does not feel pressured as to how it will do at the box office starting Christmas Day. “Hindi naman. Hindi ko naisip at all. Kasi movie naman ni Vice Ganda ito eh and I’m very happy lang to be included. And alam ko naman kumbaga yung track record ni Vice so happy lang ako na napasama ako. Wala namang nakasalalay sa akin dito (laughs). So nag-enjoy na lang ako sa shooting. Mas napapaisip ako pag yung pelikula ko ay yung dalawa lang kaming artista. Dito ang dami namin eh so hati hati kami,” she said.Working with some of the most popular love teams in the country today like Mayward (Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber), DonKiss (Donny Pangilinan and Kisses Delavin), and LoiNie (Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte), Bela said was a fun experience on her part even if she was not paired up for the film. “Mafi-feel mo talaga yung energy nila sa set. Tapos parang mari-realize mo, kasi nung pumasok ako sa showbiz nasa ganyang age rin ako. Nakakaaliw isipin na ganyan din yung alam ko before. Siyempre nag-ma-mature ka sa industry, may natututunan ka from other senior actors tapos nadadala mo na siya. So gusto ko sila makita kung paano nila dadalhin lahat ng matututunan nila,” she explained.
